We needed to widen a historic bridge, so we split it in half lengthwise and moved the 700-ton granite wall 13 feet on rails using ball bearings. Then we constructed a new middle and put it back together, keeping the original structure intact.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
